1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Wanderlust Cottage website and/or making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use this site.
2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 Booking Process
All bookings are made through the online form or by direct contact (phone/email). The booking is confirmed only after payment of the 30% deposit and receipt of written confirmation.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept: bank transfer, bank card (at check-in), cash (at check-in). Full payment is due at least 7 days before check-in or upon arrival.
2.3 Security Deposit
A security deposit of 500 RON is required to cover any potential damages. It will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before: 100% refund
- 15-29 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days: No refund
In documented force majeure cases (serious illness, accident, etc.), the policy may be renegotiated.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 11:00
Late check-in or extended check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
5. Usage Rules
5.1 Capacity
The maximum number of guests is 8 people. Any additional guests must be declared and approved in advance.
5.2 Behavior
Guests are asked to respect neighbors' peace (moderate noise after 10:00 PM), treat the property with care, and follow equipment usage instructions.
5.3 Smoking & Pets
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Pets are not allowed.
5.4 Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.
6. Responsibilities
The owner is not responsible for:
- Damages, losses, or injuries suffered by guests on the property
- Lost or stolen personal belongings
- Interruptions to public utilities (electricity, water, internet) due to external causes
7. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), both parties may cancel or reschedule the booking without penalties.
8. Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
